Drunkin Pumpkin Pie! This Holidays Biggest Hit!

Pumpkin pie is one of those staples for the fall and Holiday season, however, this drunkin pumpkin recipe is sure to be the hit of the party. This is not a recipe for the pie itself, but for the topping, so make sure if there are going to be kids at the party to bring some good old-fashioned cool whip also.

Take your best pumpkin pie and cool it thoroughly, and now its time to make the good part.

Topping Ingredients:

  • 8 oz tup of cool whip
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cups Rumchata

Directions:

pie-topMix together the instant pudding, milk and Rumchata. Now just fold in the whip cream. (I used a hand mixer on the lowest setting to get it all mixed thoroughly.

Place in the freezer for 2 hours. You can leave it in the freezer until you are ready to use, and can store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
