Pumpkin pie is one of those staples for the fall and Holiday season, however, this drunkin pumpkin recipe is sure to be the hit of the party. This is not a recipe for the pie itself, but for the topping, so make sure if there are going to be kids at the party to bring some good old-fashioned cool whip also.
Take your best pumpkin pie and cool it thoroughly, and now its time to make the good part.
- 8 oz tup of cool whip
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
- 3/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cups Rumchata
Mix together the instant pudding, milk and Rumchata. Now just fold in the whip cream. (I used a hand mixer on the lowest setting to get it all mixed thoroughly.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours. You can leave it in the freezer until you are ready to use, and can store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
