Summer time is the perfect time for a light and refreshing punch and this raspberry cocktail will be the hit of your next party.
1 Oz Lillet Rouge | 2 Oz Pinot Noir (or your favorite red wine) | 2 – 3 spoonfuls of Raspberry puree | 2-3 drops of rose waterof
Puree one pint of raspberries (2 pints if you’re making a large batch) in a blender until smooth and fine-strain to remove seeds, chunks, and anything else you don’t want in your glass.
Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water. Shake and strain into a flute. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water according to taste. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
