One of our families ‘go to’ recipes is this delicious version of taco salad, using turkey instead of ground beef. Super simple and super yummy!
1 lb Ground Turkey | 1 packet taco seasoning | Lettuce cut up | Salsa | Sour Cream | Tomatoes | low fat shredded cheese
Cook the turkey and add taco seasoning per instructions. Make as much or as little as you like as this meat keeps well in the fridge for a whole week.
Cut up lettuce and tomatoes, place into individual bowls and top with turkey mixture and salsa, cheese and sour cream! For an extra treat, crunch up some Doritos or Tostitos for added crunch and flavor.
