Love ice cream but don’t have a fancy machine to make it? Just four simple ingredients will get you a super simple delicious bit of creamy goodness!

4 Frozen Bananas (peeled and cut into 2 inch sections | 1/2 Cup Marscapone | 1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar | 1/2 of one lemons juice | 1 Vanilla Beans

Mix all ingredients in a food processor, pulse for 20 seconds then whip until smooth, then freeze approximately one hour……..its really THAT easy!
