1/3 Cup Almond meal | 1/4 Cup Sesame seeds | 1 Tbsp Poppy seeds | 1 Tbsp Olive Oil | 1 Egg white | 1/2 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Put the mixture on a sheet of baking paper with an additional sheet of baking paper over the top. Using a rolling pin and roll mixture out to about 1⁄8” thick.
With the baking paper still on top, cut pastry into individual pieces of your desired shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.
Carefully remove paper from the top of pastry. Place individual pastries ½” apart on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes or until crackers are golden brown and crisp. 7. C O O L F O R 1 5 minutes before serving.
