Muffins that Won’t Give You a Muffin Top!

So many muffins, so many calories, what to do? Make all natural honey muffins that will satisfy that sweet tooth but won’t go to your hips!

3 eggs | 3 Tbsp Honey | 2 Tbsp coconut oil | 2 Tbsp coconut milk | 1/4 tsp Salt | 1/4 tsp Vanilla | 1/4 tsp baking powder | 1/4 cup coconut flour | 1/2 cup chopped pecans


Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together eggs, honey, coconut oil, coconut milk, salt, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, sift together baking powder and coconut flour. Combine with your wet ingredients. Mix your batter well, and then fold in your chopped pecans (if you are using them).

Divide the batter  into 6 muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.
