Pizza for Breakfast? Oh Yeah!

The most important meal of the day they say, and this breakfast pizza will keep you going right through lunch. East to make, and even easier to eat, this treat full of nutrients and non of the toxic chemicals in that pre-made stuff!

Pizza Dough

4 Tbsp Olive Oil | 1 tsp honey | 3 eggs | 1 Cup Almond meal | 3/4 cup arrow root | Handful of Arugula

Topping

2 Tbsp tomato past | 1 tsp italian herbs | 4 bacon slices | 1/2 tsp olive oil | 4 eggs | 4 sliced tomatoes | Add whatever you like also, mushrooms, onions, etc

Preheat oven to  350ºF.  Combine ingredients for the dough well. Divide into quarters and roll out into four circles no thicker than ½”. Place dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place tray in oven and bake for 10–15 minutes or until pizza crusts are browned and cooked.

Spread the tomato paste over pizza crusts and sprinkle with Italian herbs. Return to oven for a further 1–2 minutes to heat.

Cook your bacon and fry your eggs. Place the bacon on the pizza crusts followed by the eggs and sliced tomatoes. Add Arugula and serve.
