Power Bites You Don’t Have to Bake!

Need a boost of energy? Don’t get caught in the chemically infused power bars, make your own healthy little power bites that don’t even need to be baked.

1 Cup Dry Oatmeal | 2/3 Cup coconut flakes | 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter | 1/2 Cup Ground Flax seed | 1/2 Cup chocolate chips | 1/3 cup honey | 1 Tbsp chia seeds | 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Mix all the above ingredients together and place into fridge until set, approx 1/2 hour. Roll into bite size balls, approx 1 inch, store in container in the refrigerator. EASY!
