Homemade Healthy Granola Bars

Ok, they look like granola bars, but they taste like apple pie, they are easy to make, and a healthy option for a grab an go snack. You can play with the amount of cinnamon and nutmeg to suit each individual taste.

2 cups pitted dates  | 2 Tbsp Cinnamon | 1 tsp Nutmeg | 1/2 cup macadamia nuts | 1/2 cup dried apples | 1/2 Almonds | 2 Tbsp Coconut oil

Use a blender or food processor and pulse til chunky, the macadamia nuts, apples and almonds.

In a small bowl place the processed nuts and apples and add the coconut oil, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well using your hands.

Use parchment paper to flatten out the mixture and divide into the size that you want the bars to be. Keep in fridge til you are ready to eat.
