So many things dieters believe they have to give up when on a diet, but barbecue isn’t one of them. Instead of going on a ‘diet’ make a lifestyle change, it will be something that can be used forever, and being healthy and slim is just a bonus.
Making your own barbecue sauce is so easy, one will wonder why they ever bought the over-processed, loaded with preservatives kind in the store.
3/4 cup reduced sugar ketchup (its worth looking for, although not every store carries it) | 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar | 1 tsp chili sauce
That’s it! Mix it all together, we use an old ketchup bottle and keep it on hand all the time. Now take 4 skinless chicken breasts, preheat the oven to 350. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove and coat with the sauce, place back in the oven for another 10 minutes……..Delish!
