Take 1 Cup Coconut milk and put in a sauce pan on the stove on LOW heat. Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, and a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
For most people this is delicious as is, but if you like it a little sweeter, put a tsp of honey in there too. It is sweet and powerful, enjoy!
