Pumpkin is naturally sweet and adding a little organic honey will make these brownies perfect. Easy to make and watch them disappear once there done.
1 Cup Coconut cream concentrate | 3 fresh eggs | 1/2 cup organic honey | 1/2 cup pumpkin puree | 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt | 1/2 tsp Baking Soda | 2 tsp. vanilla | 1 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice | 1 Tbsp cinnamon | 1/4 cocoa powder
FROSTING: 1/2 tsp Pumpkin spice | 4 Tbsp. Butter | 1/2 tsp vanilla | 2 Tbsp organic honey
Mix all the brownie ingredients with a hand mixer. Grease 8×8 pan with coconut oil or oiled mini muffin pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or 20 minutes for muffins, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool while you whisk all the frosting ingredients together, frost the brownies once cooled.
