Simple, Healthy, Delicious Shrimp!

Shrimp is delicious, naturally low in calories and easy to make great home cooked healthy meals from. Whether one buys shrimp raw and de-veins, cleans and cooks, or buys cooked shrimp this dish is 20 minutes from fridge to table.

Buttery Shrimp and Pita Points

2 lbs shrimp | fresh garlic | olive oil | butter | 1 bag fresh spinach | Onion salt | pepper | Cajun Seasoning | 4-5 Tortillas | Parmesean

seasoned shrimpRemove tails, clean and cook shrimp if using raw. Pre-cooked shrimp, remove tails and season with salt, pepper, onion salt and cajun seasoning.

Put full bag of spinach into a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season the spinach with the same spices as the shrimp, add 2 cloves of fresh garlic. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.

pitachipsdoneAdd shrimp to the spinach and add 1/2 stick of butter, cook on low 10 minutes. Cut up Tortillas into triangles and heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan. Fry pita points in HOT oil, 15 seconds each side. Remove, place on paper towel and add Parmesean cheese and salt to taste.

Serve Shrimp and Spinach in bowl with juice from pan, serve pita points on the side.
